At ALU PACIFIC, we want you to be satisfied with every product you purchase from us. If you are not fully satisfied with your order, you may return it within 30 days of receiving your order.

Returns

You have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, the product must be:

Unused
Undamaged
Complete
Returned with all original parts and accessories
Returned with original documentation
Returned in its original packaging where possible
Supported by a receipt or proof of purchase

If your return is accepted, we will send you a return shipping label, along with instructions on how and where to send your package.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please note that it may take additional time for your bank, credit card company or payment provider to process and post the refund to your account.

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order carefully when it arrives.

If your item is defective, damaged, or if you receive the wrong item, please contact us immediately so we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Any shipping damage or manufacturing defect claim must be made within 10 days of receiving your order.

To help us process your claim, we may require:

Photos of the damaged item
Photos of the damaged packaging
Your order number
A short description of the issue

Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged or if you received the wrong item.

Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns for items that are used, damaged after delivery, incomplete, missing original parts or accessories, or returned without first requesting a return.
